Relic Run 2026 - Anyone interested in helping make it happen?

Hey all. I’m meeting with the ExpeditionUtah tonight as we lay down some dates and ideas for 2026 activities. My world was insane for 2025 and I simply didn’t have the bandwidth. I know many of you were living the same life. Anyone wanna help make it happen for 2026?

Sounds like fun and I would be happy to help but I'll need to know how to do that. I would be driving the 1971-40 or the 1985-60.

Really just nail down a date and location. You can make it as simple or complex as you'd like.

I doubt my m37 will be ready, but who knows, maybe with overtime I might just buy a running relic. I really want to do this.

I was thinking of Oct 2-4 or Oct 9-11 in the Swell. Either north end and setting up base camp at Cedar Mountain or southern end and setting up near Lone Warrior.

If there is any interest in either of these dates and the location, I am happy to take the lead and will gladly accept any help. I do need to stick to the Swell as the Scout only goes about 55 mph and I don't have a trailer. I can get to the Swell on back roads and dirt...

I'm willing to help as well. October 9-11 is better for me, but dont plan around that.

Thanks for the offer! I'm good for the actual event but will be doing a pre-run you could join. I am pretty much set on the first weekend and will get an official trip plan posted by the first week of April, I still have a couple of things on my end to work out. I'll post up a pre-run trip notice probably late Aug - early Sept, that run will depend on what kind of monsoon season we have. Last Sept we got some pretty serious rain that did some significant damage to Buckhorn Wash Road.
